Dave's room

We rent a room at the second floor of a 3-bedroom house. There are two bedrooms on this floor which share the bathroom. The room is very precious with a balcony. Kitchen is shared. The house is in a quiet and established neighborhood. It is close to supermarkets and everything.

The owner is a university professor lives with his wife at the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom. We are going to rent them both (either to one person/group or separately to two different ones).
