About the room
If you don’t mind a bit of dog hair, this may be the room for you!
Larger unfurnished upstairs room available (smaller room is also available, see separate ad) in house in Mystic, CT. We are located less than ten minutes from Electric Boat, the Sub Base, and downtown Mystic.
The house contains a total of five bedrooms with a deck, picnic table, fenced-in yard, front porch, garage, workout space, and W/D in basement. The rooms upstairs share a fairly large bathroom with ample storage space.
Absolutely no pets, couples, or kids. We are strictly looking for a young professional (<30) who would be able to maintain a clean and safe living environment for everyone in our home.
Rent for the smaller bedroom is $850; $100 of which is reserved for utilities. The remainder of the utilities is split amongst the roommates in the house.
About the roomies
I am a 23-year old freelance writer while the other roommate is a 24-year old freelance marketer. We are both WFH. Joy is my two-year old corgi. I also have three chickens in the coop in the backyard: Juul, Thyme, and Oregano.
