If you don’t mind a bit of dog hair, this might be the room for you!

We will have one bedroom available in our house in Old Mystic. We are located less than ten minutes from Electric Boat, the Sub Base, and downtown Mystic.

The house contains a total of five bedrooms with a deck, picnic table, fenced-in yard, front porch, garage, workout space, and W/D in basement. The rooms upstairs share a fairly large bathroom with ample storage space.

Absolutely no pets, couples, or kids. We are strictly looking for a young professional (<30) who would be able to maintain a clean and safe living environment for everyone in our home.

This room is available to move in around 8/1/2023, pending the current occupant moving out. The sublease on this room will terminate JUNE 2024.

Rent is $750 per month; we split utilities among all of the folks in the house.

I(23, f) am a WFH freelance journalist who has a room and an office on the first floor. The other roommate (22, f) is a mechanical engineer. Joy is my two-year-old corgi.
