I’m the property owner, looking to rent out 2 guest rooms. Rooms are private and share a bathroom. The common areas and yard, as well as washer and dryer are all free use:) I’m 24 years old, active military, I am not going to be incredibly strict on people coming over or anything like that unless it results in any damage to the property:) I like staying in, going out, the gym, video games, etc. Pretty much if your sociable and want a roomate that is as well- I would be a fine fit, but on the flip side of the coin, if youre a little introverted and don’t want as much socializing, I am perfectly content with that as well.
