Downstairs bedroom in quiet house. Laundry, wifi, fireplace, new range and dishwasher. Nice patio with fireplace, BBQ island, above ground pool. Cul-de-sac street.

3 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bd room occupied by single dad ,works 2 jobs, seldom home and we seldom see his daughter though when she’s here she’s nice and well mannered. 2nd bd room tenant is another single dad.. has 7 yr old daughtere who is here every other weekend. Unless he’s cooking, he’s usually upstairs when home. 3rd upstairs room is master bedroom occupied by 58 yr old f with a grown daughter that lives in Australia.
Nice energy in the house.
