About the room
The home is a new build as of May 2022 the room can be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own furniture prefer females as the other roommate is a female and you will be sharing the bathroom with her. The neighborhood is quite, none of them are noisy. There are no pets or kids in the house and I keep the house clean and expect the same from the potential roommate. The room is located on the second floor, if you have issues going up and down the stairs may not be a good fit.
About the roomies
I’m pretty easy going I work nights so I’ll be away until about dawn every morning. My brother also is staying with me, he’s occupying one of the rooms. My roommate is a female and at the time she’s the only one that uses the upstairs bathroom, but she is aware that she will be sharing that bathroom with a potential other roommate.
