large older house, the space for rent is the upstairs, consists of 2 small rooms and a master, with balcony. kitchen, utilities and living rooms downstairs are common space, but mostly empty. Bathroom is downstairs away from the suite, but I have my own bathroom. It’s an odd floor plan, but spacious.
