There’s plenty of room to spread out here, including a lovely sunroom (great for napping), living room, den, deck and patio. Wood floors throughout the main level and a raised ceiling in the living room. Kitchen opens to the deck for great sunrise views. Outdoor features include an upper deck, a large lower flagstone patio, 3 large raised veggie garden beds (which you are welcome to join me in using) and a gliding rocker under the trees in the front. Yard is fenced. Walk out the back gate and connect to miles of trails (Coal Creek trail goes 15 miles from Erie to Marshall; with many other trail options).

Charming old town Louisville is about a 20 minute walk. Louisville was previously ranked by Money Magazine as the #1 place to live in the country among towns this size. I’m happy to share the locations of an amazing bakery (Moxie), ice cream shop (Sweet Cow), brewpub with Monday bluegrass jam sessions (12 Degree) or the location of the farmer’s market. The large newly expanded recreation center is a 5 minute walk and includes 2 pools, multiple workout rooms, extensive class listings, indoor gym, indoor soccer field and an outdoor skate park. The Louisville Arts Center hosts small performances and is in walking distance.

This tranquil home is great for someone who takes good care of their living environment and is looking to recharge their batteries! The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.
