I currently live at this location. There are two bed rooms. The room with the balcony will be available on April 1st. You’ll be paying $1575 for rent and half of the electricity bill monthly. No security deposit is required. So all together, it’ll be $3150 to move in. You’ll pay me and I’ll pay the rent and the electricity bill. Just to give you an idea of the cost, the last electricity bill was $343.71. Of that, it was split evenly at $171.85 each.
Amenities: Gym, Party Room, Lounge, Movie Theatre, Spacious and a well designed Roof Top.
It’s a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, one room having a balcony. It is next to Fort Tryon Park and a few minutes away from Inwood Park. Both the A and 1 train are a 5 minute walk but in opposite directions from the apartment building.
No smoking and no pets, no matter how cute they are lol. The building allows it but I rather not live with one. No offense to all the wonderful animals on the planet 🌎. Let me know if you are interested.

I work as a teller at Capital One. I work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. I’m off on weekends and I workout about 5/6 days a week. I am super tidy and clean.
I am a non smoker and prefer someone that doesn’t smoke at all as well. I really can’t stand the smell of anything burning except great smelling candles 😅 lol.
I clean up after myself every time I eat or happen to make a mess(which is never:). I actually find cleaning therapeutic, not that I need therapy though lol. It’s just relaxing for me while other people find it annoying. I have no pets and no long term guests.
I am 32, single and focused on the next chapter in my life. I’m taking a sabbatical from woman and dating to start writing screenplays and acting. I love women, I just get laser focused so I can’t juggle the two. I am an all or nothing kind of person when it comes to my goals.
I barely cook but when I move I want to start learning how to. I mostly cook breakfast when I do cook. I’ve been ordering out for breakfast lunch and dinner every day, ever since the pandemic. I am respectful and always considerate.
