Private, unfurnished room with shared bathroom in a quiet, gated apartment complex, Park La Brea in West Hollywood. I have one small, very quiet dog. Other pets are allowed. Only a 10 minute walk to The Grove and La Brea Tar Pits, 5 minute walk to LACMA. The apartment complex has a private gym, two salt water pools, a hot tub, and a movie theatre, as well as community activities such as outdoor movie night and food truck nights weekly. There is a laundry room right next door. The community also includes two wifi garden cafes, 5 miles of fitness trails, and 24/7 security patrol. Rent includes ALL bills.

I am 20 years old. I am very quiet and clean. I have always lived with, and gotten along well with roommates! My current roommate has decided to move out due to personal reasons, so we are looking for someone to move in as fast as possible so he can leave without causing trouble in paying rent. I do have one dog named Stanley. He is a certified ESA, well-trained, and very calm and quiet. The room is ‘unfurnished’ but it does include a queen bed.
