Largest room in house available starting now! Spacious living room professionally converted, completely private! Features (non-working) fireplace w/ mantle, 5 large windows providing lots of light. Available as single or double occupancy! Currently there’s a queen size bed, 2 large dog crates, 2 decent shelves, a mini fridge, several other smaller things- you can really fit a lot in the room!

House is currently occupied by 2 girls and 1 male in their 20s all working/in school; another female is preferred. Full kitchen available with fridge, microwave, gas oven/stovetop, and cabinet space. 1.5 bathrooms with spacious bathtub. No laundry available but plenty of laundromats close by

Me (25F): I am a full time undergraduate student at USF working part time at a yoga studio. I have a 3 year old cat named Chicken Nugget who stays mostly in my room, but comes out to play sometimes. I like to cook, drink coffee, and am usually out of the house most of the week. I love to socialize and make all roommates feel welcomed and included in our community! We occasionally socialize in the kitchen common area in the evenings, but respect each others alone time and space.

BD (26M): He is a young professional working in sustainability in San Mateo, recent transplant from the PNW. Works from home part time. He enjoys video gaming, biking, and exploring SF. He has no pets, but loves to hang out with the house cat.

GN (24F): She is a student and full time professional in pet services. She has a 2 year old Bernadoodle dog, and boards other dogs occasionally and the dog mostly stays in her room. She loves decorating our space for different holidays.
