W via Prado Unit 48

We are looking to rent out a single room with a separate bathroom in our small Ontario community. The renter will have access to parking, the living room area, and the kitchen, as well as the other public areas.

There are three other housemates. We are siblings renting the other three rooms. All of us are young men with different work and school schedules. We are open about communicating with one another because we may not always see each other and try to be accommodating.
