This is a home located in Oakland near the borderline of San Leandro, area code 94621. Bart station only being 1.5miles away at the Bart Coliseum Station!

Specs of the house:

The home is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. These common spaces are already properly furnished, the images aren’t up to date with furnishings. All of these areas are shared with the 3 people currently residing in the home including myself. The home itself is 1,452 sq ft.

Specs of your bedroom:

The bedroom is 143 sq ft (or 13x11). There is a walk in closet included. Since there are 3 individual people in the home currently, we are running low in fridge space. Due to this, I will be providing a private fridge that will be located in your bedroom.

Notes to keep in mind:

• Rent is 1,100 a month utilities prices are forgiven. • There will also be a $300 refundable security deposit at the time of ending your lease. • Lease length will be 3 months that can be renewed each time. • Background check will be ran via a very trustworthy site called TurboTenant. A background check fee will be collected of $20. These $20 are not refundable and does not guarantee housing. The $20 can be paid directly to TurboTenant. • You will be assigned one bathroom for showers. This is so that we can keep 1 shower for 2 people. You may use the other bathroom however for the toilet whenever you’d like. • LOW NOISE LEVELS are of MOST importance! • This private bedroom is for only a single person. We cannot allow more than one person to a room. Visitors are not allowed.

I am a second year UC Berkeley student intending to major in economics. In my free time, I like to attend to my personal finances, or play some video games on my PC. A lot of the time I would be outside of the house at campus and many times out of the year I would be visiting family during the weekends.

The second person living in the home is Spanish only speaking. He leaves the home at 6AM on the weekdays and comes back at around 5PM. Very quiet, cooks his food and stays in the room until the next morning.
