1 room in the walk out basement, call or mesage to discuss details, no inside pets, no drugs of any kind, room is for a none smoking perosn, (,don’t smoke somewhere else than bring the smell to he house) shoes are taking off to avoid making the carpet dirty. We both work full time and will like some1 that work full time as well, the room is ideal for some one that dont cook everyday, only ocasionally, shared bath needs to be clean often, toilet 1 a week, no couples, this is a family house, so not promiscous people please.
