The home is close to the I-40 exit and Central (Downtown Nob Hill area) and school campuses. Full room and bathroom to yourself! Bring your furniture, or I have furnishings as well. Gated community with a free, full in-home gym you can use anytime! I also have a spare office desk (I have two full setups) so if you work from home or are a student, you have access to the office as well.

Hey there! I’m an accountant that works full time in-town.

I share the space with two sweet pets (one cat, one dog). My dog loves people once he gets to know you, but isn’t too keen on other animals, so I’m looking for a roommate without additional pets.

I take pride in keeping the home fresh, tidy, and pet-hair-free, although I do have pets and they are both fairly low dander-most people with allergies seem to not be bothered by them.

I’m hoping to host someone for a shorter-term stay (ideally 6 months to a year to start), with flexibility if it works well for both of us. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and you’re welcome to use the furniture provided or bring your own.

I’m open to friendly chats and shared dinners—or totally cool giving you your space. I respect all work schedules and quiet hours, and I genuinely want this to be a peaceful, respectful environment that feels like home.
