About the room
Shared double available with three UCSC students in a townhome on Chestnut Street. It is also near downtown, the boardwalk, and convenient bus stops that take you directly to UCSC. The townhome is 1060 square feet, with a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. Rent is 1,185.50 per person plus 1/4 utilities (split through four roommates). The renter must have renter’s insurance! Move-in would be December 1st.
About the roomies
About me (the one who will be sharing the room): My name is Hazelle (she/they), and I am a third-year Art and Game Design student at UCSC. I find comfort in a quiet, tidy home and prefer a roommate with similar values. The bedroom we will be sharing is quite small so our beds will be bunked (as shown in the picture).
About us: You will also be living with two other chill UCSC students who are at their second and fourth year of college. We are preferably looking for another UCSC or Cabrillo college student. Male or female or nonbinary, communicative, mellow, neat, non-smoking, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Small pets are also okay, but the renter has to handle pet rent.
