We are looking for a clean, organized and stable income individual or couples to rent our extra nice room with closet on the second floor that has laundry unit and access to own private bathroom on the same floor. Room has ceiling fan and AC/Heater unit throughout the house. This is a drug free and not a house party. We are located in the beautiful, peaceful Harveston Lake in Temecula that is close to everything and freeway is 3 mins away and to Promenade mall, schools, banks, restaurants and grocery stores. Renter has own key fob to enjoy the Harveston pool and clubhouse amenities that the Harveston community has to offer. All utilities, Wi-Fi and cable included. We have plenty of on- streets parking spaces and courtyard with BBQ grill to share. We are asking for long term or month to month lease if desire and security deposit of $600 and monthly rent of $1,200 unfurnished room. Couples renting please call for more info. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen and store food in the big fridge that we all share and store things in the big garage.
