No OVERNIGHT guests but might be negotiable. No smoking. I have two little dogs so unfortunately no more pets allowed. Access to kitchen, laundry room, living room, driveway parking, wifi, basic cable TV, and swimming pool/jacuzzi. Month-to-month term or possible lease if requested. Rent is $950/month. There is a $600 security deposit as well.
