T Street

This property is amazing and sits off T street in a small court yard with a main house in front of us. It’s over 1,000 Sq ft. You’ll have your own room & bathroom. The walk-in closet is very spacious and the room is big enough for furniture. It is furnished with a bed, but that’s it. We are shaded by red wood trees and palm trees. It is a second story apartment and the only way up is stairs. It is a month-to-month lease!

I’m 26 and work full-time in my career Monday - Friday, early morning hours. I moved here to Sacramento a little over a year ago and am still learning the area myself. I’m a professional that loves time with friends, and going out on occasion like most.. but also enjoy staying in. I have neighbors (husband & wife) on the bottom floor and a boyfriend & girlfriend on the backside of us. The house in front of us also has people living in them, but we don’t cross paths much if ever. My roommate has a girlfriend and is moving out to live with her. There is wifi we’d split at $30 each…. We will also split electric & gas but landlord pays for water and trash.
