It’s across the street from a park and pretty quiet area. You’ll need to be on the master lease at the apartment and a deposit may be required based on credit. Please reach out if interested.

One is a full time student with 2 small dogs and other is full time entrepreneur with a small dog as well. Please don’t let that be a deterrence. The rooms are separated by the living room. So the dogs barely have interaction and the dogs are trained. We’re not open to anymore animals; since we already have a full house. We’re both very clean, respectful and pretty much keep to ourselves. The room is open due to the other roommate graduating and relocating.
