Room for rent is in plymouth. Very nice area. All bills included in the rent. Including wifi. 1 car parking available in driveway. Restroom shared when there’s visitors. Price is for 1 person only. No pets. No smoking inside the house. Any other questions feel free to ask.

Owners are 70 yr old and 60 yr old. Once in a while grandchildren sleep over 3 girls. For now house is empty. No-one lives their. Owners are in California for an emergency and will be back betweeen February and may. Looking for 2 roommates. 1 bedroom is $550 the other bedroom is $750 but has own restroom and personal small living room.

Looking for serious people only with a stable job. And willing to move in. Please don’t waste my time saving the room for you and never show up. If you want something cheaper look somewhere else.

Only 1 car parking available in driveway. Garage isn’t available.

You will have access to kitchen as well if you want to cook. Make sure to have your own dishes/ pans for cooking.
