Brand new construction built in a safe, quiet community just a few minutes walk from the Delaware river. A few miles away from Center City and just 1.5hr drive from NY city.

Welcome to use the Private elevator. Comes in handy especially when carrying grocery bags instead of taking the stairs

Feel free to relax in your room or in the living area, eat at the dining area or cook in the kitchen.
Pots, pans, dishes, silverware are stored in the cabinets if needed.
Dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, washer and dryer are welcome for use.
There is also a bathroom outside on the main floor that can be used for guests instead of yours in your bedroom.
Cleaner will be hired to come once a month to clean bathrooms and common areas.
There’s a garage on the first floor that can be used for extra storage, if needed.
ALDI, Target, Walmart, LA Fitness, Home Depot, ACME, AMC, Crunch Gym, Neshaminy mall, Woodhaven mall, Marketplace at Neshaminy all within 15mins drive. Over a dozen hikes with one being 1.5 miles away.
About the roomies
I bought this house in September and will be traveling for work. I am hardly ever home. I love the house because I’m in a safe area, it’s quiet, and my neighbors are respectful.
