Looking to fill the other room in a two bedroom townhouse! Private rooms with shared 1.5 bath! All the appliances (including washer and dryer) are modern or brand new, large living room and dining room. New carpet and paint throughout the home. Very close to the center of Exton. Looking to rent out the larger bedroom.

I’m the only other roommie! I recently graduated college and work in Exton as a medical assistant. Looking for another person in their early to mid twenties to room with. I’m a very laid back person and have lived with roommates in the past. I have two cats who are super sweet and energetic. Ideally would get to know and be friends with my roommate since we are sharing common areas!
