Two (2) other furnished bedrooms share 1.5 bathrooms renting for $1000 a month for each furnished room.
Shared areas include living room, family room, breakfast nook, kitchen, large deck, large backyard, and laundry closet. Electricity, gas, water, garbage pick up, high speed internet $100 a month.
No pets. No smoking or vaping. No large groups/parties/loud music. ****NO COUPLES
Background check is a must as well as references. First month and security deposit due at signing. One occupant per room.
About the roomies
This is a three level house, and we occupy the basement which is a full apartment.
