Jackie's room

We have 2 rooms ($900/mo larger room and $800/mo smaller room) that will be available by April 1, 2023, in a 3-bedroom security-gated golf course solar-powered 2791 SF home w/many amenities including pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and a private outdoor spa. The rooms are located in a private upstairs wing. They are connected by a full bathroom with separate entrances. If one renter wanted to rent both rooms (rent is discounted to $1600), the bath is private. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a small loft associated with this space. Each room may be furnished or unfurnished. Parking, water, garbage, sewer, electricity, internet, and home security are included in the rental prices. Natural gas is shared between each person in the home (higher in the winter, very low in the summer). Because of HOA rules, a minimum 3-month stay is required, then mo-to-mo. The backyard opens to a golf course, so not a safe spot for pets because they easily can get out. However, could accommodate an indoor cat with an additional pet deposit. The total number of roomies for the home would be no more than 2-3 when all rooms are fully rented. For more information, please message me.

The current tenant is a busy female professional (<30). Meals are not communal due to varying schedules. She works from home from time to time.
