Looking for a new roommate to sublet a bedroom available in beautiful flat in Russian Hill. Rent is $1,225/month, Utilities, PG&E and wifi, not included but definitely under ~$50. We are asking for 1 month refundable security deposit and then your first month of rent. It is month-to-month but we are looking for someone who is open to staying long term if it fits. The room is way below market price for the area with a 98 walk and 82 transit score. It will be available as early as Dec 1st. Close to Ghirardelli’ square, Polk Gulch, and Fort Mason. Has hardwood floors, roof access, bath tub, dishwasher, and in-building laundry. Pet friendly is a must we have a cat in the apartment already.
