Serenity's room

Spacious cottage townhome, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Renting out private bed and shared bathroom upstairs. Currently the bathroom upstairs would be private but my younger sister may move to Colorado towards the end of the year and would share the upstairs bathroom but there is also a half bathroom down stairs. Off-street and street parking available. Washer and dryer in home, fireplace, and fun kitchen. Very quiet cute neighborhood right on Cherry Creek walking trail.

I am a night shift working nurse and introvert. I am very kind but mostly keep to myself. Looking for some one who is calm, clean, and respectful of the alternative schedule. I workout and travel in my free time and love having a safe, clean cozy home to come back to. I also have a well behaved puppy who will always be by my side at home or on my adventures.
