Inca Street

I own a townhome in the Santé Fe Art District. Literally 2 blocks from the First Friday Art Walk. I have one cat and a dog part time. Pepper the pup is submissive and gets along with all other pups. This is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. You would have you own large room and bathroom. I have a fenced in back yard with a hot tub and the living space downstairs is very welcoming with a beautiful mural painted all the way down the wall. I borrow a neighbors parking space but if they need it, there is street parking all around.

I am 34 years old young professional and have an office I work in on Monday and Fridays and willing to share that space but there is plenty of room in the spare for a desk if you work from home and prefer your own space. I am pretty laid back and love hosting game nights or dinner parties as I have a fire pit and hot tub. Also love hiking, skiing, concerts, and gardening.
