Hi, I’m looking for a female roommate ( prefer a working professional female or student) to team up to rent a nice unit with dual sweet master bedrooms at Newport North Apt in Newport Beach from 2/1 - 2/6.

Your dual master room is 13x11 ( King size bed will fit) comes with a private attack he’d bathroom (bathtub & shower), and a huge walk in closet.

Washer and dryer are inside of the unit. There is a huge balcony overlooking the green belts and very peaceful and quiet.

The condo style Apt is located in the most convenient and peaceful area of East bluff in NewPort Beach with quick access to major highways, grocery stores, cafes ,and a beautiful park etc.

The common areas ( dinning, living and patio) will be furnished with beautiful furniture so I prefer someone who can move in with only bedroom furniture.

The unit is large, bright, quiet and peaceful with surrounded by beautiful green belts. Also quick access to a Resort style large pool & jacuzzi , a free Wi-Fi business center and a fitness facility from the unit.
