Zoë's room

Hi! There are three of us (and one dog) living in a 4 bed. 2 bath. house approx. 5 minutes from Rockhurst. We’re looking for a fourth roommate to rent out the bigger fourth room for $500/month, not including utilities. Security deposit of $375 due upon signing lease.

The house has a fenced backyard, washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool table that needs fixing, plenty of storage space, and is partially furnished (we’ve moved in recently). Room in question is the master bedroom with two walk-in closets (one big enough for a small office space). The room is the first three pictures.

There are three of us living in the house: Zoë is very extroverted, is constantly on the move, and is a poetry MFA student. Beth is also extroverted, but enjoys staying in. She plays the piano (and is super good at it). Michael is very lively and communicative! Loves to hang out and vibe. Also really likes coffee. We’re looking for a roommate that

• is queer friendly
• has no past eviction or criminal history
• cleans up after themselves/contributes to keeping shared living spaces tidy
• respects 11pm-8am quiet time on weeknights
