Third floor 2 bed 1 bath apartment available January 27th in the Magnolia Court apartments with wash and dry in-unit, balconey, fireplace, jack and jill bathroom with shower and bath. The complex is gated and quiet, you can look up the reviews and location online. The rent is very competitive for the north Austin area and I have had a great experience with the management and maintenance. The $630 rent is an equal share per person, after utilities, internet, wash and dry rental it usually comes to about $740 per person. The $50 listed under deposit is actually the application fee, there will not be a deposit. Pest free, they do preventative treatment regularly. There is a three pet limit and I have two cats, would prefer not to have any new pets brought in but this is flexible depending on your pet. My current roomate will be moving out in January, as early as January 18th if needed, and the new lease would begin on January 28th, but this is also flexible as a roomate can be added into the lease at any time. I am able to schedule tours and zoom tours of the apartment and room which is occupied by my current roommate.

I’m Tara, a 21 F swim instructor working in North Austin. I keep the shared spaces clean and have dish and cookware that you are welcome to share, although I could easily clear out space if you prefer to move your own in. I am not a partier, I have family and friends over once or twice a month.
