Tia's room

Set in the heart of Orlando, this place is only five minutes away from restaurant row and universal and fifteen minutes away from downtown Orlando! Spacious bedroom located within private gated community with HOA. The community has 24/7 surveillance with a private security guard at night. Pool on premises and a parking spot is available. The room has one huge window overlooking the street and a regular size closet. The bathroom is shared but it’s big enough for two people. The house comes equipped with wi-fi, adt security, a mini home gym on the porch, and a spacious common area. The garage has room for storage also. Roommates are busy and have alternate schedules so you will rarely see them.

There are two people living there. One is constantly traveling and the other is an assistant manager who works Tuesday through Saturday at night and is rarely home. Both people are extremely clean, a maid also comes once a week to clean the house, very nice and very hospitable. There is one small dog, great with people and very well behaved.
