Second bedroom available in a 2 bed 1 bath lower unit of a duplex/house, laundry in basement, front and back yard w/plenty of street parking. Room has a small closet and very large window so lots of natural light in the room and rest of the unit as well. Wood flooring throughout except tile in kitchen and bathroom. Couple of stairs to get into the house both in the front and back, good amount of stairs to get down to laundry room.

Unit is 1,800 sqft. Just moved in September and moving it so far, just not using the extra space like I planned and want to get a car asap.

It’s just me in the unit and my 4.5 year old ChocLab Pit mix and a bunch of plants. Work in hospitality management so out of the house 40+ hours a week usually, preference for someone that also works out of the house. Dabble with various forms of artistic expression, love to travel, can be a home body (work can be draining) but typically like to go out and do things. Any questions please ask!
