Nice private bedroom with full bath On main level away from everything else. There is also extra space available. This is a 3800 square-foot home that is fairly quiet most of the time. I share three children with my ex-wife and get them every other week. I am OK with either male or female depending on the person and background check; however keeping my children safe is paramount. I am not looking for any hook ups, Drama, sob stories, drugs, partys, etc. I am calm, easy-going and love to cook as well as keep my house fairly clean. If you need extra room or garage space that can be negotiated as well.

I am a 48 year old single man with three children that I have part time. A 15 year old daughter, a 13-year-old daughter and a eight-year-old son. Our family bedroom space is all upstairs away from the extra bedroom and full bath. I am a contractor and entrepreneur and spend much of my time at home doing remote business. I also spend a significant amount of time traveling away from home on my off weeks without the children.
