Fully furnished 3 bedroom 1 bath home in downtown Mt Shasta. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. You share the house with one roommate. She works full time and is quiet and respectful.

I do not live on the property but may visit on occasion. I do have a dog and a spare room with my personal belongings. I primarily rent yo working health care providers or people that have short term contracts with the forestry. The common area is kept clean and organized. Laundry room in basement and fenced in front and back yard. Shared utilities.
