Recently my 21 year old moved out leaving me with an empty room. She shared expenses so I’m looking for someone to do the same. $750 will include everything. I have a small well behaved dog. I work from home so I’m home during the day. Im an artist as well and I do my artwork at night so I rarely sleep! Haha! I get along with most people. Im easy to get along with. Looking to share my house as well as rent the room. I don’t party or have overnight guests. Im kind, thoughtful and understanding.
