You’ll be getting an en-suite with shower and a GIANT walk in closet! Living room and kitchen is already furnished by my roommate. The apartment is on South Lamar so it’s close to downtown, right by Zilker Park, and easy to commute to anywhere. Super popular area!!! Property is nice and updated, no carpet here! And the amenities are great and well kept: gym, huge dog park, clubhouse, grilling area, sweet pool, and more! Lease is up in mid-March with ability to renew.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 28-year-old female professional and her small dog. She works a lot of hours and is rarely home (and takes her dog with her to work) and when she is she’s usually in her room working. She doesn’t party, isn’t loud, and is super laid back.
