3 Beds 3 Baths Looking for a lease takeover for my apartment starting January 2022. My lease is good until July 31st, and has the option to be renewed. I currently live in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment at varsity(alight) apartments. I am looking to find someone to take over my lease for my bedroom. Apartment comes furnished. The $439 price includes water, parking, trash, and Wifi bill. There is a shuttle that runs to and from campus.
