I am looking for a roommate in a sought after community in Holly Springs. Main Street Square is located off 55 with tons of shops and boutiques located in the neighborhood.

We have a beautiful resort-style pool, grill station, and 24-fitness center. The neighborhood is conveniently located to 540 and the triangle area.

I am looking for a young professional to split the cost of the two bedroom. The room has its own private bathroom and can be furnished or unfurnished.

Ready for move-in 11/15/22. Lease ends in August of 2023, however term can be negotiated.

Must be okay with a small dog. Common area of home to remain clean.

Background and credit check will be conducted. $75 application fee.
