Rebecca's room

Large one bedroom unfurnished available with shared bathroom. Room has its own entrance and a large closet. Extra storage in the garage and common areas if needed. Laundry on site. Close to freeways and shopping. Kitchen has dishwasher and two refrigerators. Large living room that is fully furnished and available for use.

Currently one female, male and teenager. Both are working professionals. We both currently work 9 to 5 jobs. We respect each other’s personal belongs and a big rule is if it’s not yours not need to touch it.

We are clean and believe that the common areas should be cleaned after they are used.

Open communication is very important, if in issue comes up we are always open to discuss.
