A beautiful and modern house recently renovated for young adults. Has a clean and spacious backyard, a large open grass field in front of the house perfect for exercising and walking dogs. All appliances are brand new, 2 and a half baths, an in-door hot tub, central heating and cooling, all the essentials are included. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super friendly.

My name is Stan, I’m 32 years old. Own an online business and work full time on call as well, so I am rarely ever home. You will have a ton of peace and quiet! I train dogs part time, work quietly, keep the home very clean, and don’t often have guests over at all.

I originally bought this house for my ex-girlfriend and I, but unfortunately things didn’t work out and I am now living in a big, beautiful, renovated house alone with just my dog Luna. She is a quiet, super well behaved, and trained border collie who absolutely loves people.

I love people, and sometimes it gets too quiet, so having a roommate might add a bit more life and excitement to the house. I also feel bad wasting a beautiful new room that’s never used.
