Hey all! I have one room available for rent starting as soon as Dec 1st. The room is very spacious (18’x16’). Fits King-size bed along with large couch and all other furnishings.

Home is located 15mins from Downtown Nashville and The Opry Mills Mall.
The 18x16 room is $950 + utilities. Utilities typically range from $50-100/person.

About the roomies
This home is a 3bed/2bath house. The other two rooms are occupied by two guys. One bath is in the master, so the other bath would generally be shared by you and one other person. Other roomies have one very chill cat, and a super friendly Golden Retriever. No other pets preferred, but will consider dogs if we schedule a meet up to make sure all animals get along.
