I am looking for a roommate ideally between the ages of 24-40, professional, male or female. Must be responsible, clean, quiet, respectful and drama free. Absolutely no smoking, drugs or vaping allowed on the premise indoor or out. No pets allowed.

I am renting a private bedroom for one person with attached bathroom including a stand-up shower. The bedroom also has a walk in closet. The unit has both central heat and air conditioning. It’s located very close to Buckland Mall, the entrances to both 84E/W as well as 291. There is also storage in the basement if needed.

The condo is fully furnished except for the bedroom that is for rent. There is a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and gas grill. The condo is already set up with Cox cable/Contour and wireless internet.
