Looking to rent out the spare room in my 3/2 house in Leander. 5 minutes from HEB and the train to get you to Austin. I worked downtown for two years so it’s totally feasible 🙂

About the room: Can be furnished or unfurnished with wood floors and a decent closet, there is a hall closet and my office closet that are empty along with a garage if you need more space to store things. You would have your own bathroom right next to your room. Huge backyard with a garden if you’re into that sort of thing. Driveway and street parking available. Asking $900 all bills paid, that includes internet and most streaming services.

I’m a mid 30s lesbian professional that now works from home. I have two dogs and two cats so would prefer someone without pets but willing to do a meet and greet for the right person. 420 friendly, don’t really drink a lot but don’t care if you do. I’ll occasionally have people over for game nights. You’re welcome to join in.
