Luis's room

Hey guys my roommate is moving out in a couple weeks and we have 4 months left on the lease. Looking for some one to take over his lease. The rent is pretty pretty cheap for orange and as far as the bills go we would split internet (40$ Ea) and electricity (varies) water is free in this duplex. One thing I do want to note is that the room will be un furnished since he is taking everything in the pictures.

As far as the roommate goes I moved to the area about 8 months ago in order to get closer to my clients. I’m self employed and I’m usually working. I’m in an out of the house because my work schedule varies. I like to watch sports on the weekends, I play golf, and enjoy bbq’ in the backyard.
