About the room
This apartment is located on UTA BLVD. They are in the process of renovating/ outside is getting painted at the moment. It is fully furnished, each room has own bathroom. Covered parking is available for a fee. This unit is located on 2nd floor near a elevator and stairs as well. It is student housing open to public so you will have roommates.
If interested message me we can meet at the apartments and do a tour of the model unit they have and any questions you can ask the management team. If you like it and interested we can tour my unit!!
UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT!
Right now clearly all of my belongings are in the apartment but the dresser is under the bed it has 6 average size drawers. No cable I am willing to let you have my Roku connections NOT THE TV , the bed is a full comes with mattress, I have a mattress foam pad on it for comfort I can leave that as well. Its protected with a mattress pad fitted sheet so no germs lol.
Comes with desk, nightstand, and chairI brought my own so I left it out in living area.
About the roomies
3 other girls that live here in school/working! They are my friends so I talk to them often but outgoing or they keep to themselves lol
