2 bed 1 bath in a nice and quiet area. It isn’t furnished, everything in the room will be removed before move in. You will need to submit an application (really easy and fast process) you won’t even need to visit the leasing office. The lease will need to be for a year. You need to have a clear background check, paystubs, and make 3x the rent. Rent is $750/month and do on the first of the month, everything included. The apartment also has a nice pool and gym.

I am a 24 year old college student. I’m a cna and I usually work nights. My daughter is 10. We are really quiet and to ourselves. We mostly stay in the room when we are there. I’m really laid back and would like for my roommate to be as well.
