Sadler Drive

I’m currently renting out a room in a 4 bedroom apartment at the Cabana Beach. There are 3 other roommates, all females and students. One of them has a small dog. The room is spacious with its own bathroom inside. Utilities are included in the rent. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair.

I am moving out of this unit and need to sublet my room. You will take over my lease that ends in july 2023 with the possibility to renew later. You will go through our leasing office and must meet their requirements. These are student apartments with a bus route to the university.
