Looking to rent the master bedroom (22sq ft.) in huge house which comes with a private bathroom, along with an extra 10’x15’ office room, and tons of closet storage. Your room does not share a wall with any other roommate and the property is large enough that all roommates can go days without seeing each other. The property is in Woodland Hills area (very clean & quiet neighborhood) includes access to: kidney-shaped pool in backyard, backyard fire pit, standalone second office connected to a garage, entire driveway to park two cars, large living room w/fireplace, dining room, in-unit washer/dryer, central AC/heat, and stocked kitchen. House is equipped with fast WiFi and gardeners/pool maintenance come weekly.

Looking for a full-time professional with good credit and income. Ok with us having the occasional dinner parties & bbq’s at the house, but not constantly inviting people over. Significant others are welcome to stay overnight but we do generally like to keep the space between ourselves

We are two males currently living in the house. We both are professionals in the tv/film/music industry. Both respect each others space and are very responsible with cleanliness & bills.
