Litton Avenue

Hey all, I am looking for someone to sublease from January to May, and hopefully resign for a year after. Rent is 750 American dollars, Wi-Fi is $90, and the electric averages $100. Unfortunately there is no in-unit laundry but a shared room in the main complex. Right across the street from Elegy Coffee, Fox Bar, and the Mickeys. There is a bodega on the corner, and we are within a mile or so of two Kroger’s. About ten minutes from Five Points and Germantown.

25 years old from Colorado. I bartend so I’d prefer someone in the industry or that is okay with late nights as my hours can be erratic. I go to a lot of shows and read too many rock biographies. Fairly active. Uptight about keeping the common rooms clean but am okay with having guests over.
